Compassionate Inquiry is a somatic-based psychotherapeutic approach that gently uncovers and releases layers of childhood trauma, constriction and suppressed emotion embedded in the body. The result is a greater capacity to stay open and connected in relationship with others, with ourselves, and with life.

Holosomatic Breath Therapy amplifies the healing process by supporting deeper levels of consciousness and altering brain waves. During breath therapy sessions we can reshape thought processes and nervous system responses that can may have previously felt stuck and irreversible.

6 Compassionate Inquiry Sessions

One-to-one sessions where we will gently and potently release emotion and trauma, enabling you to respond to life with more openenss, wisdom and ease.

2-day Breathwork retreat

As a group we will be working with various breath styles including Holotropic and transpersonal breathwork to amplify your healing process by supporting deeper levels of consciousness and altering brain waves. We will weave the breath with Compassionate Inquiry, somatic bodywork and nature connection to support a truly kind, held and potent space of healing for each person.

2 integration sessions

Two sessions after the retreat to help you ground your experiences in positive transformation for your everyday life and for our world.
