Compassionate Inquiry® is a psychotherapeutic approach created by Dr. Gabor Maté. CI gently uncovers and releases the layers of childhood trauma, constriction and suppressed emotion embedded in the body, that are at the root of mental and physical illness and addiction.

When we can release ourselves from the hold of embodied trauma, a new way of being emerges, leading to spontaneity, choice, expansion and freedom.

Holosomatic Breath Therapy amplifies the healing process by supporting deeper levels of consciousness and altering brain waves. During breath therapy sessions we can reshape thought processes and nervous system responses that can may have previously felt stuck and irreversible.

I  have over 25 years experience as a psychologist, mindfulness coach and breathworker. I work from a foundation of embodied presence. 

Coaching, therapy and training with me combines heart-centred enquiry, mindfulness and embodiment tools to bring all aspects of self back into a space of relaxation, love and empowerment.
